There are lots of stuffs to talk about concerning mobile technologies in Hong Kong. Once there was a survy saying that people in Hong Kong own the largest quantity of mobile phone in the world. However, in other developing countries, people may not see a mobile before. It is hard to understand why there is such a technology gap in the world.

That is a good point. Technology gap is the issue. However, do you think that access to technology makes Hong Kong more competative and advanced place in the world? What does it mean for our education syustem?
